REGISTRATION details
Teams wishing to compete in WRO® International Final must register through their respective WRO® National Organizers. Participation in national WRO® activities is required, and teams must qualify for the International Final through their country’s qualification process, as determined by the National Organizer.

*Registration fees can end up higher because of additional taxes and/or administration fees if applicable in your country
The registration fee is inclusive of:
- Meals: Lunch on all 3 days and dinner on first 2 days
- Event access and goodies
- Entry to Friendship Night on Day 2
The registration fee doesn’t include:
- Accommodation
- Transportation to and from the airport or event venue
REGISTRATION T&C
Delegation Registration:
The National Organizer is responsible for registering the entire delegation representing their country for the event.
Registration Requirements:
The National Organizer reserves the right to decline registration for individuals who have not:
- Paid the required registration fees to the National Organizer.
- Submitted the necessary documents within the stipulated timeframe. This applies even if the individuals in question are team members or coaches of a qualified team.
Registration Deadline:
Once the registration deadline has passed, no additional individuals can be added to the delegation.
Refund Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process has been finalized.
Payment Deadlines:
If the National Organizer fails to complete the payment for their delegation by the specified deadline, the entire delegation will be prohibited from entering the venue and participating in the event. For further details, please refer to the WRO Guidelines & Policies.
